(Leftover) Pork Tacos

Turn your leftover pork shoulder into these yummy tacos!

Hey everyone, it's me. Meat enthusiast and newfound lover of spice. Remember when I made that crockpot pork shoulder recipe a couple days ago? Well I ended up doubling the recipe and having A LOT of leftovers. So, instead of eating the exact same thing for six meals in a row, I decided to get creative.

To all of my meat loving friends, if you made the crockpot pork shoulder recipe and want to try something new with your leftover scraps, check out these tacos—best served with a side of fresh avocado and citrus fruit!
Pork Taco Ingredients (Makes one Taco)
1/2 cup pork shoulder (shredded)
1 flour tortilla
1/4 cup chopped white onion
1/4 cup iceberg lettuce
1 tsp fresh cilantro
garlic powder
red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
southwest chipotle dressing
Pork Taco Instructions
To prep, chop up onion, cilantro, lettuce and leftover pork.
In a small pan, sprinkle onions with a little garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper and sauté for 2 minutes. Mix in pork and cook for 2-3 more minutes or until pork is warm.
Place onion and pork mixture on tortilla and top with lettuce, cilantro and chipotle ranch dressing. Serve immediately.
